Welcome to crash game, operated at crashgame.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and crash game. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the crash game platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or continue using crash game. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of crash game after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all features of crash game, including but not limited to slot games, jackpot slots, crash titles, cricket betting, PSL betting markets, the VIP Club, deposit and withdrawal services, bonuses, and all promotions. Related documents including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and must also be read.

To open and maintain an account on crash game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Crash game strictly prohibits accounts held by or on behalf of minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person and a resident of Pakistan. Corporate accounts, trusts, or accounts held on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of crash game, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition or court order that would prevent you from opening or using a gaming account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and with your own funds. Playing on behalf of another person or using another person's payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Crash game uses a combination of automated checks and manual verification to confirm eligibility. We may request identification documents (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address at any point. Accounts that fail eligibility checks will be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held may be subject to review before release.

Each player may hold only one account on crash game. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed. Any winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequent KYC verification. You are responsible for keeping this information current — update it promptly through account settings or by contacting support if anything changes.

You are fully responsible for the security of your crash game account login credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in account settings. Do not share your username or password with any third party. Crash game will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat. Crash game cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain reasonable account security.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Accurate registration details are mandatory — false information may lead to account closure.
• Enable 2FA for additional account protection.
• Report suspicious activity immediately to crash game support.

Crash game offers a variety of bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, reload offers, VIP Club monthly packages, and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rs 2,000 with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager Rs 20,000 across eligible games before the bonus balance converts to real withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are always stated clearly at the point of bonus claim — crash game does not hide wagering requirements in small print.

Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots and crash titles typically contribute 100% of each bet. Sports betting generally contributes at a lower rate, which is published on the individual bonus terms page. Progressive jackpot bets may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

Bonus validity: All bonus funds have an expiry period, which is stated when the bonus is issued. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds that exceed their validity period are removed from your account automatically. Crash game will send a reminder notification before this happens.

Crash game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or abuse of promotional systems will be forfeited and the account may be closed. Players who systematically exploit bonuses without genuine recreational play intent may have their bonus eligibility restricted.

All financial transactions on crash game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Crash game currently accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. There are no deposit fees charged by crash game. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallets are credited instantly; IBFT may take up to 60 minutes. Maximum daily deposit limits are published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and may be subject to adjustment for VIP members.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is 5–15 minutes. IBFT withdrawals are processed within 30–120 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive priority processing.

Withdrawal verification: Crash game may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding Rs 100,000. This is a standard security measure and does not indicate any problem with your account. Document review is typically completed within two business hours.

• All funds deposited must be your own money from a payment method registered in your name.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for deposits, in the first instance, to prevent money laundering.
• Crash game reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if a bonus wagering requirement is subsequently found to be unfulfilled.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

All casino games available on crash game — including slots, jackpot slots, crash titles, and live table games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means every game outcome is determined by a statistically random process that cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by either the player or by crash game. The RNG certification is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and crash titles are published on the individual game information page within the platform. These figures represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

In the unlikely event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round, crash game will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your wallet. Crash game's decision on technical fault resolution is final.

All sports bets placed on crash game, including cricket betting and PSL markets, are subject to these Terms as well as the specific market rules published on each bet. The following general rules apply across all sports markets on crash game:

• Official results only: All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket). Social media reports, broadcasts, or unofficial sources are not used for settlement.
• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned before reaching a statistically conclusive point (as defined per sport and market), all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. Where a match reaches a sufficient stage for the result to be determined under the applicable rules (e.g., DLS method in cricket), bets will be settled on that result.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted at the odds shown at the time your bet is submitted. Crash game uses real-time data feeds for in-play markets. In the event of a data feed failure, in-play betting may be temporarily suspended. Any bets accepted during a known data error may be voided at crash game's discretion.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies across all sports markets. This limit is published in the individual market rules and may vary by sport and event. Multi-bet (accumulator) payouts are also subject to maximum limits.
• Bet acceptance: Crash game reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake sizes at its discretion, particularly in cases where irregular betting patterns are detected.

PSL betting on crash game covers all fixtures from the group stage through to the final. Markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, method of first wicket, and dozens of additional in-play options. Specific PSL market rules are published in the sports betting section of the platform.

Crash game is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe gambling should be an entertaining activity, not a financial strategy or an escape from problems. All players on crash game have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit decreases are applied immediately.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which crash game will prompt you to stop or take a break.
• Reality check notifications: Enable periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing and your net win/loss for the session.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months). During a cool-off, you cannot deposit or place bets, but can still withdraw funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on crash game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or a third party's.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or identity information.
• Using crash game for money laundering or any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Using stolen payment credentials, unauthorised credit or debit cards, or payment accounts belonging to a third party.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with crash game in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected error must be reported immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing crash game staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or otherwise compromise crash game's platform, technology, or data.

Where crash game identifies any of the above, it reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation, permanently close the account, and share relevant information with law enforcement agencies as required.

Crash game may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirement. We will endeavour to notify you before suspending an account except where doing so would compromise an active investigation.

If your account is closed by crash game for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be returned to you via your primary registered payment method. If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, crash game reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation.

You may close your crash game account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances will be returned in full.

Crash game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary: your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Crash game does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers who are contractually bound to protect it, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

If you have a complaint about crash game, the first step is to contact our customer support team via live chat or by emailing support@crashgame.click. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and work to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex disputes may take longer, in which case we will keep you updated at least every 5 business days.

For bet-related disputes, crash game's decision — based on its own records, server logs, and game data — is final in the absence of demonstrable system error. Crash game's records will take precedence over screenshots or third-party evidence in settlement disputes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to crash game's operating jurisdiction. By using crash game, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.
